ENROLLMENT INFO
(once only at beginning of each school year)
Before your child will be able to participate in the Wildcat Workshops Afterschool Program, you will need to complete the Yearly Registration Form. This form will only need to be filled out at the beginning of the year, and will include emergency contact information as well as medical and other information needed to provide a safe environment for your child. The enrollment form can be downloaded below.
MONTHLY ENROLLMENT
This form needs to be completed EVERY MONTH by the last day of the previous month. Enrollment will be closed on the 1st of each month. If you miss this deadline, your child will not be able to attend until the following month. You will not be able to enroll after the 1st. Please calculate charges, remembering to first check the annual calendar for holidays and PIR days for that month on Monfortonschool.org, and send tuition within 5 days of enrolling your child each month unless other payment arrangements have been made.
ATTENDANCE
Attendance will be taken at the start of the program each day. Your child must be registered for the program before they can attend.
Registered K-4th students are expected to check in with the program staff within 5 minutes of the school release bell.
We expect students in 5th grade and up to be in the afterschool program classroom no later than 3:45. They do NOT have permission to stay up top and play outside. If this becomes an issue, your child may need to find alternative options for after school care.
If registered students do not check in immediately after school, we will contact the School Bus Drivers and call the phone number listed on your registration form to locate the child. You must notify the Program Director of any changes in attendance at wildcatworkshops@monfortonschool.org
Wildcat-Workshops Staff will be responsible for registered children from the end of school to the time they are dropped off by the Wildcat bus, or a parent or authorized adult signs them out. It is the parent/guardians’ responsibility to inform our staff of any changes to registration/attendance.
Parents are expected to pick up their children by 5:00 PM. A late fee will be assessed in the case of late pick-up. If upon occasion you will be running later than 5, you must call the front office by 4:30 or email staff at wildcatworkshops@monfortonschool.org
TUITION
The daily charge is $5 per child. There are adjustments made for those families qualifying for reduced or free lunches. Scholarships are also available. Fees are charged on a monthly basis. Please submit payment to the front office before the end of the month. To request reduced fees, a scholarship, or payment plans, please contact Mrs. Flack at 406-586-1557.
TRANSPORTATION
You must register your child online to use our bus system through the following link: https://monfortonschool.org/bus-routes/
Please also complete the Wildcat Workshops Bus Registration form and return it to the school if your student(s) will ever need to ride the bus at 5:00 when the Wildcat Workshops conclude. If your student needs a bus ride home, but this form has not been completed or returned, they will not be eligible to ride the 5:00 bus (you will be called to pick up your child(ren)). Please fill this out on the Enrollment Info Page.
PLEASE NOTE: THE BUS DOES NOT RUN ON FRIDAY. All Kids need to be picked up by 5pm.
